Tânia Caetano was born in Faro, Portugal, in 1984. At the age of 4, she emigrated to Zurich (Switzerland) with her parents. Born with a passion for art, she began taking her first steps in oil painting. She quickly realized that the brush would be the magical element that would accompany her throughout her life. In 2009, after some searching, she decided to invest in a gel nail course. Thus, she would take advantage of aligning art with the manual and aesthetic work that gel nails require.

Due to Tânia's ease in visually understanding Nail Art and Structure techniques and her ability to master several languages, she easily overcame obstacles that came her way. Even with only a few years of experience, she decided that passion alone was not enough; training was necessary!

Great European and World "Masters" in the field would be her influence for her great success in Portugal, with notable training from: Ralf Bartsch | Mari Mondo | Pisut Masanong | Chelo Soler | Kriszina Kalmár | Újvári Barbara | Patrizia Martucci | Olena Özoman | Alina Neagu | Natalya Grudinina | Mari Irimia | Svetlana Baklanova | Simona Ganderová | Cristobal Cervera | Jose Alcaide | Francesa Belissima | Sonia Di Prospero | Zsuzsanna Fekete | Maria Franco | Marco Bonvicini | Edina Albach | Norka Szalay | Lysa Comfort.

In just 2 years and 6 competitions between Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and Italy, Tânia won over 35 medals. In 2019, in the most difficult category, she won the title of "Best Nail Stylist in Portugal," the Grand Champion Nailympion – Porto 2019, where she also won 5 individual awards and 1 team award. In December 2019, also in the most difficult category, she won everything in Naples – Italy, bringing home 7 individual awards, including a Grand Champion and a Winner of Winners.
