Express Base - Shiny Cover 10ml is a glitter gel polish base, elastic, highly resistant, with a medium/thick consistency, for working with Top Color, Gel Polish, and Gel. Due to its tone, it covers imperfections and provides a perfect nail base. It allows extensions up to 2mm and creates a perfect apex, changing how clients perceive gel polish. How to Use:
Brush onto gel or acrylic nails and place under a UV lamp for 2 minutes or LED lamp for 1 minute. Times may vary depending on the devices/lamps used and their power. Do not touch the surface for approximately 1 minute after curing. No need to remove the dispersion layer.
